Everything! Is always fresh and very tasty. The service is excellent, the omelette's are delicious. The crepes are very good. Everything that we have had to eat here has always been fresh and very good. There can be a wait for a table, but you can get in the queue online.

Another healthy omelette at Eggsquisite. Had the cowboy omelette and substituted chorizo sausage. My sides were salad and grits with cheddar cheese. It was delicious. My wife had the eggs Benedict. The eggs were cooked perfectly, but she did not like the ham that it came with, it was "funky". Though always busy here, we were seated quickly, and Service was good.

It was breakfast time and Eggsquisite Cafe was close by so I decided to give it a try. I was advised of a small wait time of 10 minutes and sure enough we were seated within that time frame. Staff was excellent, seemed pretty busy it was around 11ish when I was there. I ordered the spicy chicken and biscuits. I devoured that plate, I mean it was a crispy chicken beast on top of biscuits and gravy, spicy seasoning and hot honey was drizzled on top. Overall it was delicious, I loved it and I will be back!!

Normally popular breakfast and brunch establishments come with a long wait, especially on weekends. That wasn't the case here. The service was very efficient and attentive - we were seated promptly, our orders were taken within minutes, and the food arrived quickly as did the check. Despite being quite busy on a Saturday morning, they were able to move guests in and out swiftly without making us feel rushed. The interior felt clean and spacious with modern decor. The food was well prepared and accurate with the exception of an extra egg on one of our plates which wasn't a problem. So many places that are busy and fast paced like this will get orders mixed up, so I appreciate that they were not only fast but also well organized. Everything tasted fresh. The eggs were cooked perfectly over easy. That's another area where a lot of places miss the mark by overcooking the eggs. It's simple but apparently not easy. I also liked the hash browns and the bacon because, well, it's bacon. The cinnamon French toast was tasty. I really liked the cinnamon bread it's made with although I thought it was a tiny bit on the dry side. I prefer my French toast more custardy in the middle, however that didn't take away from my enjoyment of the dish. The coffee was pricey in my opinion at $4 a cup for a regular black coffee, but they were kind enough to give us a to-go cup when we asked. I wish they allowed half orders on the eggs benedict. I've been to a lot of places that will accommodate that request. I'm a light eater in the morning and would have liked to try the benedict but a whole order would have been too much for me. My friend tried the hollandaise sauce which can make or break a benedict and liked it. I wouldn't say there was anything particularly unique that makes this place stand out above the rest, but what more do you need besides good, fresh food that is well prepared and great service? It was an excellent meal and I would return again if in the area.
